Calcium Components Has A Growing Demand
Some of the calcium compounds mostly used as an anti-caking agent, that are recognized as GRAS include calcium ferrocyanide, calcium phosphate (i.e. bone phosphate), calcium silicate, and calcium aluminosilicate.
